BREAKFAST

Breakfast, to break the fast after a night of sleep. Did you know it is healthy to keep enough time between your last meal for dinner and your first meal in the morning? Your body needs time to digest, rest, reset and prepare for the day to come. We advise you to start your day cleaning the tongue. Brush your teeth with natural toothpaste without fluoride. Do oil pulling for one minute with coconut oil. Drink two glasses of room temperature filtered water. Give your body time to wake up. A morning ritual including physical exercise can be of benefit, but be flexible when days are different - the only constant thing in life is change. Breakfast time!
